An interface built to reassure first — calm as a design decision, not an accident.
Healthcare digital products carry anxiety by default. We designed against it — generous space, a slow interface, nothing that rushes the patient while they manage their health and records.
The result reads the same as the print system: one accent, three levels of hierarchy, and a great deal of restraint to align with the hospital's Centre of Excellence model.
